Hello! I'm Sergio Hicke. Transformational leadership strategist and business mentor.
Author of "The Transformational Executive", former president of a multinational group, and executive mentor with 30+ years' experience across four continents.
My purpose is to share my learnings and help people reach their potential and success while living mindfully and happily. I seek to inspire others to embrace change, cultivate mindfulness, and lead with compassion in their personal and professional lives.

I am a sustainability advocate with over 30 years of experience in crisis management and business growth, leading global operations in sectors such as energy, food, and water. I am also a real estate investor and founder of several startups in the US, Argentina, and Italy. My focus is on transforming businesses and people to reach their full potential.

My transformational journey includes visits to India to learn in cities like Rishikesh, Pune, and Delhi. I became a certified yoga and meditation teacher in Italy, with training in Vipassana, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. These experiences enrich my leadership style, helping me become a compassionate and culturally respectful leader.
